The Mat & The Easel is committed to 100% satisfaction for its art sales. Shipping charges will be based on the artworks dimension and weight specifications. Out of country shipping will be subject to extra duties and/or taxes. Best method will always be the best choice for our customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Mat & The Easel has a 7-day full refund return policy.

Please notify within 7 days of receiving the art piece that you wish to return the piece at the buyer's cost. A full refund will be given upon receipt of the returned art piece. Kindly be sure to save the shipping materials until you are sure that you will not need them.
